Interview
I submitted my application online & followed up w/ a phone call after a few days. I was given a call back within a week to come in for an interview with one of the floor managers.
They asked me a few questions regarding my previous work experience, what position i wanted/ would be open to, what days/times i could work, and then explained the training process. Over it took around 30 minutes and very simple.

Would you be available to work late at night and certain holidays?
You are to fill out an application and once you receive a phone call, you go in for an interview. Usually hire on the spot/ offered the position. Then you will take a menu test after 3 day training.
