Hablé con la recruiter por teléfono y me comentó que me mandaría un correo para que hiciera un ejercicio en inglés. Era grabar un audio en inglés explicando los beneficios de Landbot a un posible cliente. Lo hice y la recruiter me hici ghosting durante 2 semanas hasta que finalmente envió un correo automático diciendo que ya habían encontrado al candidato. Para eso que no me hubieran hecho hacer el ejercicio.

HR send you a really copy past message saying that you are been selected out of I dont know how many candidates, and then that you need to interact with a virtual screen and record a video selling their products to a client, they dont even thake the chance to interact with you, introduce the company discuss topics like salary etc.. but they request you to put some effort and be creative introducing yourself and selllling their product, really lame!! and unpolite, dehumanization.
