An in-person interview. Was asked to describe any professional experience using GIS. The overall interview process was brief, spoke with the lead trainer who asked how many Geographic Information Systems courses were completed during school and what GIS skills I learned during the courses. Was offered the position during the interview.

Interview was quick (~20 minutes) and not very difficult. I met with a GIS manager, and the HR manager. I was asked about my GIS project experience, related work experience, how I got into GIS, etc. They were hospitable and easy to speak to. They extended me the job offer, and wanted an answer within two days and for me to start three days after my answer. Not good.
