Five total interview sessions, with a total of about 10 separate people plus presentations at corporate over a span of several months. They play a real hardball; treat you like they don't need you and that while they want someone asap, they're in no rush. Honestly, couldn't tell who was actually the leader or decision maker in the process. Seemed to be substantial micromanagement and mistrust amongst interviewer participants, suggesting no one wanted to bear the blame of another bad hire.
1) phone screen #1 (30 min)
2) phone interview with person #2 (60 min)
3) lunch meeting with person #2 and 3 (120 min)
4) flown to corporate to give presentation for group, and 5-6 30 mins with person 1, 2 and now 3 new persons.
5) casual coffee meeting with current DM
Recommendation: ask very direct and specific questions. Many of my questions were evaded or danced around. There is substantial turnover that they keep very close and avoid discussing.
