I had a phone screen back in November with the recruiter that went well enough to warrant an interview with managers. The recruiter was completely unresponsive to my inquiries to confirm interview date and time until the day before it was to happen. The management interview went well from what I could tell. While I was told that I should hear something in a couple weeks, that was the last anyone from LGH communicated any aspect of this. The recruiter refused to communicate any part of the process after I followed up multiple times via email and phone messages (she never answers the phone). If you are trying to portray a professional organization, you must staff with professional employees. Ghosting is incredibly childish, inconsiderate given the time and energy it takes for us and most importantly, incredibly unprofessional. I'm not certain if this is a generational issue of an utter lack of professional maturity, or simply a new landscape of indifference and disrespect. Either way, it's a bad look for the organization as a whole. My advice would be not to waste your time as a candidate and find a company that appreciates your interest in them and treats you with the due respect.
