Utterly confusing, multi-step process without any actual "interview" questions. Multiple conversations with hiring manager and other senior members of the team and other senior leaders. Told at the end that they'd had hundreds of applicants, 50+ first stage interviews, 20+ second stage interviews and a handful of third stage interviews, without hiring.
Came away from the final stage of interviews really disappointed, as felt that there was a good cultural fit, but with benefit of hindsight, and the vague feedback that was provided, I really feel like I dodged a bullet. Particularly as I've subsequently been contacted by multiple recruiters asking me to apply for the role - I found it utterly unprofessional that they'd not provided details of who they've interviewed to-date.
Scored interview as "average" difficulty, as ultimately, having spoken to that many people, what's clear is that they aren't sure who they want for the role - so unsure how you'd ever meet that criteria.
