I was given a tour of the office and introduced to the staff. Then I was sitting in a room with 2 or 3 employees who asked me interview questions. I was given an interview by applying through Handshake. The interviewers did not seem late-back, more intense. They showed we some projects they'd been working on to try to get an idea of if I'd like the job or not.

Pretty typical interview, respectful and straightforward. No "gotcha" questions personally. Just good guys asking about me as a person, my experiences, and how they could apply to the projects they have.
