I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Lamb Weston in Feb 2026
Interview
More casual but quick. We always finished before time. They didn’t seem to want to ask a ton of questions. 4 interviews in total. The process took about 6 weeks.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Focused a lot of managing styles and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
The interview was straightforward and incredibly comfortable. Most of the questions were generic, why do you want to work here, tell me about a time you received feedback from a supervisor esq
I was contacted by a recruiter and it felt very rushed. I was asked a handful of questions such as if I was comfortable with being on-site, traveling 20%, drug screening. I was told I would be contacted on next steps. I then was ghosted and later came the automated denial letter. There was no feedback on the reason why I didn't move forward. Clearly my resume met the requirements or I wouldn't have been called in the first place. It would be nice to know the reason why instead of just being ignored. The rushed first phone screen was not a good impression of their recruiting process or their company.
