Interview
Interview process was long. There was 1 telephonic round and after that the Face to face round.
Face to face interview had 4 rounds , out of that 3 were Technical rounds and the 4th one was HR round.
Pretty straight forward. Phone interviews, followed by a group presentation and 1:1 interview. Questions were a mix of technical and non-technical. Nothing out of the box. Overall, felt they did a really good job in setting up the entire process

Pretty disciplined and straight forward. Applied for the position, received call from the recruiter, 5 interviews and received the offer in a couple of weeks. Interviewers were very friendly and made me pretty comfortable, were clear of the job description and expectations

Interview
My profile was short listed for the Lead Electrical Position. And all the my experience and skills set were 100% matching with requirement. Staffing member got verified my CV through the hiring manager. After that interview was scheduled on the weekday. I have taken leave to attend this interview and reach LAM on time.
I was called inside for the interview, He just looked at my CV and before I started introducing he asked some here and there some like name and experience details before I complete he winded the discussion in 3 minutes with the statement if you have any question ask or we will let you know later about interview.
I could not get why he shortlisted and called for the interview. He has wasted my time and efforts also his. It really created bad impression on interviewer and staffing team.
