Made me feel very comfortable and all technical questions were application based
Most of the questions were based on my resume, the interviewers were friendly and guided me when I answered wrong

Phone screening - very simple overview of my experience and description of the role. Was asked basic questions on my resume and if I had experience with certain tools. This included SEM, AFM, etc. They also told me about the location

Incoherent; individual interviewers were great, but the process was entirely opaque. I was escorted to the door silently, buth then I got an offer. It was very strange. The hiring manager seemed eager to get me to accept, but was evasive when I asked questions.
