I was contact by the HR for a quick phone interview. I passed the step and they sent me two tests. They told me that if I passed the tests I would be called for an interview. They called me again and they scheduled an interview. Before the interview though, they sent me a third test. The day of the interview I got an email said that the manager was busy and they needed to reschedule the interview. They told me they would call me the next week to schedule a new appointment. I never heard from them since that email. Probably I didn’t pass the third test or probably they found a better candidate, I’m not blaming them if they thought I was not good enough to work in their company, but I would appreciate a company that tells you the truth about why they are canceling the interview, and not a company that just make excuse. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!
