Lakeshore Financial Group interview questions

Initial phone screening, then advanced to 3 preliminary zoom interviews, until then an in person interview. Unfortunately I did not Make it to the in person because although I was told that I would be reached out to coordinate I was “ghosted” and did not receive any response or follow up.

Went through multiple rounds of interviews with the recruiter, an advisor in practice, completing an assessment, then meeting multiple times with the management team. Overall, they asked questions around drive for the business, building your own practice, being able to grow within the firm, and independence along the way.
