Interview
The phone interview was good, as expected. The on-campus was odd. The committee interview was nothing more than a time to chat time, the Provost interview was good, even though I was proposed to.
Lots of stations with different R.A.s to ask all sorts of various questions as to ascertain what type of person you are and what areas you excel at and others that need work. There are some teamwork exercises as well as prioritization exercises as to develop of sense of your skill to work as a team and problem-solve.

Meet with the help desk manager, very professional not extremely formal. It gets the job done. Usually you can tell who is fit for a job and who is not. Be genuine, relaxed. Do not think about it too much.
