Interview
Was really fun and easy if you've had experience. It will be better if you're interested in fitness health, athletes, etc. I went to two interviews one with Store Manager and one with District Manager. Both were really friendly and interview questions were pretty simple.
Lots of questions about how to handle specific situations and what to do in certain scenarios. Sales lead is a position of power over sales associates and has lots of responsibility
Quick apply on line and then asked to come in for quick interview. Have to go through a long test though that will either make or break weather they decide to interview you. Its best to go in after you apply so they can see you who are. Very laid back not to formal. They needed to fill the position immediately in the winter season so it was pretty easy. sales background or shoe knowledge is a plus. They asked me to sell a shoe to them. As well as an add on. Made sure that I was easy tempered and a team player. They obviously dont want you yelling at their customers. Benefits are at a minimum but hours arnt to bad with most stores closing around 9.
