Started with a simple phone interview with HR going over my application and experience and interests in the position and company. Once completed I was brought in for a formal one on one interview with HR. A very laid back interview just going over the company and job priorities and history. That was lead by a tour of the facility and a face to face with a the department supervisor. The whole process took about 2 hours. I was then called 2 weeks later with a verbal and emailed formal offer for employment.
