Applied online for the Branch Manager position. I was contacted about two (2) hours later by a local recruiter. She asked if I could meet with a hiring manager the same day and I accepted. Met him at a coffee shop on time. He was very forward with giving info about the job and what to expect. Very professional the entire time. Two days later I met with the COO for a final interview. Office was very well laid out, professional setting. She was open for conversation, laid out the role again, asked me very direct questions. Got a call close to EOD with an offer.
