Pretty smooth, asked questions about my experience and then launched into 2 technicals. Had 2 rounds, one with HR and then one with the actual hiring manager. Overall a super straightforward process and had no complaints.

Interview
The interview experience was great until I went onsite at which point I observed how condescending and rude the CTO was in terms of giving interview feedback. His eyes were bloodshot red and his speech was slurred. Take that for what you will.
A lot of the people who work here already know each other as friends/former co-workers so I would not be surprised if they are doing dummy interviews to justify hiring a friend. I was reached out to for a position that was out of my experience level on paper only to pass 2 code interviews on video chat, get an invite onsite and then be told I'm not senior enough by CTO. Why invite me in the first place...
I'm sure higher ups have no idea what they are looking for in employees outside of their social circle.
