I had a conversation with the Engineering Manager which introduced me LabelBox which let me feel even more interested in to be a member of LB team. After introducing to him an overview about my career and sending a list of project that I had been working, he decided to move forward with the Tech Interview.
The tech interviewer introduced a code challenge to be done within one hour. After implementing a simplest solution, he asked me if I had questions and so I did questions related to the stack that they're using for front and back end, ci process, and what kind of tests they're doing in order to be sure that everything was working fine. My last question was more a feedback request in order to know about impressions about myself. I got a great feedback by knowing that he got impressed by the question that I did, while other used to not do any kind of question (his words). After that, he told me that the team would discuss and give me a feedback in the next days. 1 hour later I received a feedback telling that they decided to not move forward, which was weird and a sad news.
