Labcorp Team Lead interview questions

3 interviews. Could not get specific details regarding health benefits. I did not see a change in the questions asked on all 3 interviews. 2 interviews handled by a supervisor unfamiliar with his job responsibilities or the company.

First there will be a phone interview with someone from H.R. then that will be followed by a face to face interview with the area supervisor. At the second interview you will be asked to demonstrate your technical skill at drawing blood but the majority of the interview will revolve around customer service questions and various scenarios and your answers will be graded and depending on the grade will determine if you are hired.
