I did 3 phone interviews that went well and I was then called to do an on-site in Geneva. I had to fly from another country and asked whether there would be any support with travel expenses but I never got a reply on this.
In Geneva, I was interviewed by two people separately. During the first, 90% of the questions were about customer engagement, which were not relevant to the job description, neither was I asked something similar in the previous 3 interviews. The interviewer appeared to be annoyed with the way I was answering and I felt like I was wasting their time. The second interviewer was asking much more relevant questions.
All in all, I spent a lot of time and resources for 4 interviews but I never got a reply regarding the outcome, even though I was emailing to check the progress. They could at least send a simple rejection email.
