I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Labcorp (Madison, WI) in May 2013
Interview
The recruiter I talked to was very nice and complimentary towards what I had to say. I came in for a face to face interview about one week later. It went well at first, the first person I saw was a man who asked some great question and I felt I excelled. Then I had a tour with a lady. After the tour, she asked me a multitude of difficult questions which I thought I did alright at. It was a little daunting after 3 hours of driving. The thing I did not appreciate is that I was supposed to be reimbursed for tolls but I was not. Coming from Chicago, that was $15 worth of tolls.

Interview
Went through a presentation at first, describing the job position. Then answered basic questions, like tell me about yourself and how you feel working with animals. Good to know that you work a lot of weekends and some holidays, like New Years, Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc... Also good chance you need to have some late nights.
The interview process was smooth and the interviewer was very kind. The questions asked by the interviewer were not difficult and mostly pertained to the job but also treated me as a human.
