I applied online. I interviewed at Labcorp in Oct 2016
Interview
Submitted CV and cover letter via the online system for a position in Harrogate (UK). The 3-4 weeks, I was contacted for a 30 minute phone screen interview from Atlanta (US). This was described as a discussion of the opportunity to join the team, however, it was a HR interview. Unfortunately, after a lot of preparation, this was a standard CV discussion and the HR recruiter had not appeared to have read the CV or have any information on the team that I was hoping to join in Harrogate. I was promised a response in 7-10 days and I did not hear back from them.
The first stage was a telephone interview and the second was a face to face interview. It included questions about the company, knowledge about the experimental techniques and STAR type questions. The interviewers were extremely nice.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Labcorp (London, England) in Jan 2017
Interview
The interviews lasted for about 2hrs with a technical session and a brief tour. Prepare for the interview and know about the team, feel free to ask questions too
Carry along all required documents. Interviewers were nice and made you feel comfortable.

Interview
Contacted by a Covance recruiter shortly after applying. Had an informal chat about the company and told them my skills I had acquired at university to select an appropriate business unit (completely different to the post I had applied for. They seem to pool applicants and assess on skills).
Shortly after this chat I was invited to interview at BioCMC, interviewers were very friendly and made me feel relaxed. A good experience.
