Interview was standard, from questions to style of interviewers. Relevant questions were asked and the details were all spelled out. Initially interviewed over the phone with HR rep from site then had on-site interviews with different staff members, each on a one-on-one basis. Offer came about a week after the interviews were completed, and pre-employment drug screen was a non-issue.
