Before the interview, there is the standard online test. Timed data analysis type test and a personality test. The interviewers mentioned that I did extremely well on the data analysis test. The interview was very laid back. I was interviewed by the HR manager and the lab supervisor. After 10 or so generic interview questions, they did most of the talking. Afterwards, they showed me around the lab and even asked me what I thought about the their lab/facilities. They called back within a few days with a job offer. Most Accessioners start working the night shift. They ask if you're okay with working night shift overtime. Employees who have been working there longer gets priority in choosing shifts (there also needs to be an opening). The work itself is very simple and easy, but you do have to be very accurate. They don't want mistakes. Big mistakes such as mismatches will get you written up.
