Lab49 Test Automation Engineer interview questions

The first round with the recruiter went well. The recruiter was kind and straight to the point. However the technical round was not quite professional. There was only one interviewer, no co-interviewer, no recording and no supervision at all. This round was focused on pair-programming in Java. What suprised me the most is the most important technology was covered by only one question, which I found quite superficial. No other questions were raised about this technology or other parts of testing and test automation. The emphasis was mostly on Java programming. The interviewer was not really curious about my previous work, responsibilities, and challenges either. No soft skill questions or program solving questions were asked either. This technical interview was one big pair-programming.
