Interview
Everything was very easy-going and straightforward. I appreciate the internal recruiter's approach to the conversation-type interview he hosted. The emplyoyees and team leaders I met with were all very honest about me as a candidate and the rigor of the job.

Question 1
Personality Questions. They asked more about my characteristics than my previous experience. I wasn't asked any situational response questions.
