Interview
I was recruited by phone for a position at LaSalle as well as at another company. I was on time constraints for the interview and they were able to accommodate. I met with three different people and chose which position I was most interested in. I had a follow up interview via Zoom a few days later and then I accepted their offer.

Question 1
Why do you think you would be a good fit for X position?
It was a very quick process from start to offer. It started with two phone calls, followed by a zoom with the hiring manager, and an in-person presentation about yourself + experience and how it relates to staffing and recruiting.

Interview
Multiple rounds. Fairly rigorous. Lots of a questions fired at you. Thought it was very fair. No trick questions. But definitely make you work for it. No real prep required
