I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at LaSalle Network (Chicago, IL) in Sept 2016
Interview
I had to fill in a lot of forms and encoutered 3 different people (one to one) the same morning. Each interview lasted a few minutes only (10 min approx). Then, absolutely no feedback received. They just seem to spend their entire day receiving hundred of people and have not time left to follow up afterwards.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself. What type of position are you looking for?
I interviewed at LaSalle Network (Chicago Heights, IL)
Interview
The interview process was slow. Staff was very nice. The position was not throughly explained. The pay was not what was interviewed. I will wait for another opportunity hopefully I get the job
Quick and easy nothing too hard but you still need to know your stuff yeah that’s about it I would also say to bring more questions and ask him to give me the number of the person who can do the work and I
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at LaSalle Network (New York, NY) in Feb 2023
Interview
A representative contacted me after finding my resume online on behalf of a client. She went over my qualifications and skills to confirm them, as well as my compensation expectations. After determining, I was indeed a potential match for the client. She set up a Zoom meeting with another staff member for a more in-depth interview. Prior to the Zoom, I visited the Network's website to both confirm the position was a posted opening and to obtain as much information about the criteria the client required for hire and any preferences. Zoom meeting was with a second employee at LaSalle, which was very similar to the phone screening. No behavioral questions or where do you see yourself in 5 yrs type questions. Zoom call was very brief. Staff member did ask me to supply 2 previous supervisor references and their contacts, which I did. The Zoom staff member then thanked me for my interest but said they don't have any roles open at the moment, but they do have a regular client who posts openings for the role fairly frequently. Remember, Representative 1 contacted me, I didn't go to them, AND I verified the open post on the website. I am well-qualified for the role and should be an easy hire. I dressed professionally for the Zoom and spoke clearly. Representative 1 asked me for friend referrals, and I declined. AVOID THIS COMPANY, clearly they use deceptive practices to obtain candidates to market to clients. And, IF there is a client who does post openings for this role in frequent intervals, RED FLAG. Why? Impossible performance metrics? Burn-out? Are the clients' customers abusive? SERIOUSLY, run fast and far.
