Following my initiative application, I engaged in various discussions with talent acquisition managers, HRBP, and technical discussions with my future boss. In addition to my professional expertise and soft skills, attention was also paid to how I would fit into the team. They made it possible for me to get to know my new team, which was a personal wish. The entire hiring process was a positive experience. I would like to thank all those involved for their excellent support and for the warmth and professionalism I encountered.
