Basic customer service questions. Given a copy of the paper menu and asked to memorize for a test prior to start date. During the test, the questions were pretty simple. They just wanted to make sure i understood the menu i'd be selling prior to describing anything on it. Which makes sense, due to many people having dietary restrictions.

Applied online then received a call to interview in person. Interview at the restaurant and it was pretty easygoing. They ask you about you experience and situational questions. After the interview the will tell you that they will give you a call and then next thing you know, you have the job!
