The interview went well, I made click with the attorney in charge right away. We spent 30 minutes talking about like as an attorney, pandemic projects and some of my background. Getting to schedule the interview was the hard part, and could have been my first red flag, instead of just sending a link to schedule, they had me call their hotline to let them know I would need that link.
The problem came with the offer, I applied for a Virtual Litigation Paralegal position and was handed a contract. The contract, if signed, would had assigned me duties from: Intake, Negotiations, Administrative Assistance, Prelitigation and Litigation Paralegal. "Personal Injury from beginning to end"
Also, they were not willing to provide in writing benefits explained during a call. Any competent lawyer would know that could have backfired at the end.
