It was a pretty straightforward interview until they started giving me forms to fill out - they asked for DOB and expected me to hand over my Social Security Card and my driver's license in the interview. I'm not an HR pro, but you should never be asked for any of that in an interview. I was also asked about marital status and whether or not I had children.
