      Bus Boy Interview

      29 Dec 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Montreal, QC
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at La Coupole (Montreal, QC) in Jan 2011

      Interview

Interview is pretty basic for entry level job. No necessary education level. 15 minute period with Restaurant manager asking about previous experience, qualities/ weaknesses, what your eventual goals are, how much time you expect staying there, etc. Since it is a high pressure job, more than anything else, the first 3 months are crucial when it comes to keeping the job. Being a hardworking and resilient person is essential.
