I interviewed at LTIMindtree through campus recruitment, and the process had three phases as below:
1. Aptitude + Communication: Online Assessment Round (MCQ-based)
- English (15 mins): Sentence correction, synonym paragraph reading.
- Logical Reasoning (15 mins): Directions, coding-decoding.
- Quantitative Aptitude (15 mins): Discounts, profit & loss, permutations, combinations, probability.
- Computer Programming (15 mins): pseudocodes.
- Computer Science (20 mins): Operating systems, Networking, OOPS.
- Spoken English (20 mins): Listening, filling in missing words, sentence repetition, Speaking on given topic.
2. Technical Interview(30 mins):
Mostly focuses on Projects and. Skills, Questions on OOPS, OS, SQL. Mostly asked coding questions like Reverse a string, Prime Number, Pallindrome, Rotating Array etc.
3. HR Interview(20 mins):
Focuses on Communication, Questions are mostly asked HR Interview questions like Why should we hire you, How adaptable you are, ready to relocate etc
