Interview Process at LTIMindtree (Campus Placement) The interview process for LTIMindtree through my campus placement consisted of multiple stages: 1. Online Assessment The first round was an online test that included aptitude, logical reasoning, and basic programming questions. 2. Communication Assessment After clearing the online test, there was a communication round that evaluated spoken English, pronunciation, fluency, and listening skills. 3. Technical Interview Around two weeks later, I received an email invitation for the technical interview. I was given two days to prepare. 4. Waiting for Results It has been around two weeks since the interview, and the results are still awaited. I will update once the final status is received.
