Basic self introductions. Automatically went into explaining why I wish for a career change into administration. The interviewer asked for my age, university degree and asked the same question of why I wish to change career again. After which said that the admin here is needs to manage a full spectrum of responsibilities and a lot of follow up duties. Basically if other ppl have not done their job on time, it's your responsibility to chase and follow up on them even tho it's their job. Then asked me the same question of why career change again. Then commented on my looks. Asked irrelevant things about my family, whether they're working or not. Overall, feels like the interviewer doesn't know what he's doing, does not know how to conduct an interview and only listens to half of what you are saying. Red flag of needing to do other ppl's job because it's your ~responsibility~.
