HR contacted me within a week of submitting my letter of interest and asked me to fill out a more thorough application. After a day or two, they invited me to come in for an on-site interview with a panel. The interview process began with a basic test/tutorial in their proprietary language that covered variable assignment, string manipulation, and array iteration. This lasted for an hour, at which point HR gave me a one-on-one interview. The interview was very basic; it went over the items on my resume and some details about myself. At the end I had the opportunity to ask about the company. This interview was then followed by a more extensive interview with the a couple managers from two of their departments. The interview with the managers seemed to be geared more towards personality and compatibility with the company. All in all the process took about 3 hours.
