Friendly 30 minute chat with the internal recruiter and then ~70 minutes with the Head. Questions were all fair and related to the job description. This was also amicable. My only gripe would be that the recruiters did not have a clear idea as to which products the successful applicant would be responsible for. Nevertheless I still prefer dealing with internal recruiters than agents.
