2. If you are shortlisted from the 1st interview, in the 2nd interview they will test your communication skills, technical skills etc.
3. If you are selected you'll get a call after the 2nd step most probably.

Interview
The interview lasted for about half an hour on the phone. I found the interviewer to be very friendly and considerate. Nothing surprising in terms of the questions I was asked.
