AVOID!!! Worst interview experience ever. The whole process took 9-10 week. After a few cancellations, delays and team reshuffle, I got invited to a face to face interview.
Interviewer was late and didn't say anything about it. No apology.
First thing, I had to talk about myself. Interviewer was reading my CV, while I was reading. No eye contact.
Next, I was asked what I know about the role and the company. I told her what I researched, but she still didn't pay attention. She even took out her phone and kept staring at it.
Then I had some questions about the company, and she answered totally irrelevant things. She obviously didn't hear my question! She went off-topic all the time.
During the whole process I felt I was given no respect at all.
She told me I'm not a good fit for this role, as I have no technical experience. I told her that the agent said I'm a good candidate, even though I lack of some skills. I'll get the necessary training from the company. Interviewer then informed me that it's not true, there's no training at all, new employee must have high technical skills and experience as there will be no help from others in the team (small team). - This is totally opposite what the agent told me.
Interviewer even told me "I don't know why they sent you here?! Waste of time..." She blamed solely the agent but I'm sure she approve my face-to-face interview.
This proved me the blaming culture that I read about on Glassdoor in the reviews. A sign to AVOID this place!
Another thing... during the interview she mentioned several times that this place is very stressful, and it's hard, and there are big expectations. She also said how good she was when she took over. Actually, she returned to boast herself several times during the interview. I'm awful. She's awesome. It was very humiliating... That's what I felt....
