Applied online and a few weeks later I received a call from the recruiter, and we scheduled a phone call. Super sweet and nice.
Then I had a zoom meeting with the hiring manager.
Then we had an in person meeting and I did a super short (10 minute) data entry test. I received the benefit package (which honestly wasn't good at all).
During the whole process, the recruiter was communicative and kept me up to date with everything until after the last interview. Didn't hear anything from her even after following up via email. Then I realize I probably did not get an offer. Which honestly was a blessing in disguise because I did get an offer for a much higher salary (their compensation was not at all competitive) from a different company (completely remote as well, no hybrid) with much better benefits.
I just wish the recruiter was communicative after the last interview the same way she was during the whole process. It really left a bad taste and unfortunately, all the negative reviews are true.
