One initial interview, then a "super day" interview. For the super day interview you speak with 3 different people and are expected to finish an assignment only with a few days notice. Even if you answer every question and seem like a fit culturally, they will get rid of you if you did not give enough details in your answers. Instead of asking about you, they want to gage who you are through your professional experience. Which if you are coming out of college and do not have a lot of professional experience, good luck and make sure you can make some stories up. Because stories from school or extracurriculars apparently disqualify you as a candidate.
