Interview
I emailed the owner of the LPL branch in Bethlehem and talked about my studies and simple background questions. He tried to make it seem like it was a sought after position and limited space was available. The owner worked out of his home and it had the feel of a home business. He talked mostly about prospecting and selling to clients.

Interview
Interview process was standard - had a few rounds of interviews with behavioral questions. Interview was mainly to determine if I was a good fit for the internship role and if my interests aligned with it as well
The internship went smoothly and was offered the position the next day. I first met with HR and then had an interview with the hiring manager online on microsoft teams.

There is a resume selection at first, followed by three interview rounds, which are a mix of technical, behavioral, situational questions asked by staff of the department you are applying for.
