The manager conducted the interview privately and asked basic questions that required no preparation about company culture or company history. They really are just trying to get a feel for your personality, availability, and work ethic.

Fairly simple. I interviewed online first and then was contacted for an in person interview where I was asked basic questions about who I was a person and my ability to work with others. The asked about my clothing style and how quickly I can pick up on working the register.
