I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at LM Staffing International (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2015
Interview
It will almost always be a group interview. Not very well structured, you better have something worthwhile to mention other than "my grades were good". That means nothing.
It can be quite intense because anything you do say will be torn apart to make absolutely certain that you did not pull it out of your a**. As long as you have a reason for everything you say and you can back it up effectively you should fair well. You will also likely speak with 2 different people, CEO and Office Manager.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Not really specific questions, just things that build upon what answers you give.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at LM Staffing International (Toronto, ON) in Dec 2014
Interview
Straight to the point, asked some questions about how to handle the recruitment process, showed around the office. Described their process, technology and call centre, way of gather leads. Talked about what made former employees both successful and unsuccessful. Talked about how they are usually just 9-5 for their hours. It was a very descriptive interview, where they talked a lot about what goes on in the office.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at LM Staffing International (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2014
Interview
The interview was first conducted by a person who was also the receptionist. She had little knowledge in regards to the position applied for. Questions were not in depth but bought time for the CEO to appear. They tried to sell the position more than look for a fit.
