I had a really smooth and positive experience throughout the entire interview process. It felt well-structured, respectful of my time, and genuinely focused on getting to know me both technically and personally The process consisted of: • A recruiter conversation • A take-home assignment • Assignment review session • Hiring Manager interview • CTO interview The take-home assignment was practical and relevant to real-world scenarios rather than artificial algorithmic tasks. It focused on system design thinking, code quality, and decision-making. The review session felt more like a collaborative discussion, we talked through trade-offs, scalability considerations, and architectural choices The Hiring Manager interview focused on teamwork, ownership, and how I approach technical challenges. It felt like a genuine conversation rather than a checklist evaluation The CTO interview was one of the highlights. It was both strategic and technical, touching on long-term vision, engineering culture, and how teams contribute to product direction. I appreciated how open and thoughtful the discussion was. Overall, the entire process gave me a strong sense of a healthy engineering culture, collaborative, thoughtful, and impact-driven. Communication was timely, feedback loops were quick, and everyone I spoke with was welcoming and professional. I left every stage feeling more excited about the opportunity, which ultimately led me to accept the offer. The experience reflected a company that values people, quality, and long-term growth.

I applied via linkedin. The first call was with a recruiter and they told me about the company , what they do, size, ways of work etc. Then I got an email that the feedback of the first round is positive and i need to do a take home assignment. The assignment was average , not too difficult but not as easy as other companies. I did the best I could and then I mailed the engineers that I submitted my solution and listed the decisions I have taken and assumptions I have made. I waited for over 10 days but there was no feedback, so I reached out to the recruiter but it seemed like the engineers were too busy to provide any feedback, after 15 days I got another offer so I stopped the interview process.
