The interview process was very lengthy, but it’s still one of the most understanding and reasonable experiences I've had for a DevOps/SRE role at this level. I've even seen tougher interviews at lower-grade companies. There were no LeetCode challenges or unnecessary complications, just a take-home exam with mostly Q&A (and a small script here and there) and an interview that was manageable if you have a solid understanding of Kubernetes and monitoring principles.
