LIFETOUCH interview questions

The interview process was actually pretty laid back. They more so want to get a feel for who you are as a person rather than your credentials. You'll be working with Kids of all ages so its important to be personable.

I was first required to be meeting some performance metrics and to be recommended/approved by my immediate supervisor. My interview was a Teams interview with a Human Resources representative followed by department leaders. I was offered the position about 2 weeks after my interview
