Assessment, Panel Interview where you're asked to present about a topic you're passionate about. Must have 3 references submit a testament to your character/work ethic. Overall an pretty easy interview but could be simplified.
Straightforward interview, asked to sell interviewers on a passion of yours. It can be about anything really just looking to see if you are able to make them interested in what you are interested in.
