The selection process was clear and straightforward, with questions aimed at understanding how I would approach situations that could arise in the role.
The recruitment process consisted of:
* Initial phone screening
* HR interview approximately two weeks later
* Client interview around ten days after that
The only aspect I believe could be improved is communication following the final interview. Two weeks after the last stage of the process, I had not received any update regarding the outcome. Receiving feedback, even if negative, would have been appreciated and would have contributed to a more professional candidate experience.
